How Can You Join?
To join we need a completed application. Once a member has been accepted they will serve a probationary period of three months.At
the end of the Three month period the executive committee will meet and report to the Dept. its findings. After which the
Dept. will evaluate members and take appropriate action.

Anyone that is 18 years of age, a citizen of the United States of America, resides in the coverage area of the Department
and is of good moral character can join..
